Answer:

A. T

Step-by-step explanation:

The "Stages of Change" model consists of 6 steps and these are: Precontemplation, Contemplation, Preparation, Action, Maintenance and Termination. When people decide to change, they are considered to be in the second step (Contemplation). This means that they have already decided that they're willing to change a specific behavior and they're no longer confused. Getting ready to take an action will follow and it is part of the Preparation stage. So this means that the person has to follow a step-by-step process before the change will occur. The change will only happen if the person is able to follow the healthy behavior in 2 years (Maintenance). This means that he can already proceed to the Termination stage because the behavior has already been incorporated into his lifestyle.
