Two best friends, Zack and Daniel, have taken summer jobs at the same tech-support call center. They are excited to be working together, since they don’t know anyone else at the call center, and have requested to work the same shifts.

What advice would you give Zack and Daniel about building professional relationships at their summer job? What advantages are there to working together? What potential disadvantages are there? How could they minimize the disadvantages?

Advice: they should build professional relationships so that the work place would be more efficient and they would have more people to ask questions if need be.

Advantages: You having your best friend working with you is always fun and it makes the job fun so your getting paid to have fun with your friend

Disadvantages: you could be majorly distracted from what you need to accomplish when it comes to working a job. you could even get fired from your job.

They could minimize disadvantages by working different shifts or just casually focusing on their work and try not to interact with each other as much as they typically want to.
