This isn't a run-on sentence because the sentence isn't too long. The dependent clause "although the performance was delayed" ties together with the independent clause "the audience was not angry" to form a full sentence. We could cross off the dependent clause portion and still be left with a full sentence, but not the other way around.

Answer:

Although the performance was delayed, the audience wasn't angry. The audience wasn't angry at the delayed performance.
