Answer:

20 days

Explanation:

Giveb that :

Days taken by A and B = 6 2/3 days

Days taken by B alone = 10 days

Number of days taken by A alone =?

Rate of B working Alone = 1/10

Let rate of A working alone = 1/x

1/10 + 1/x = rate working together

Rate working together = (1 ÷ 20/3)) = 3/20

Hence,

1/10 + 1/x = 3/20

1/x = 3/20 - 1/10

1/x = (3 - 2) / 20

1/x = 1 / 20

x = 20

x = 20

Hence, it will take A 20 days
