Sky High: $50 for a party set up fee and $5 per person after that. Write an inequality model for both trampoline parks.

JUMP IT UP:

Party set up fee = $70

Amount paid per person = $2

Number of friends = 90

SKY HIGH:

Party set up fee = $50

INEQUALITY :

Party setup fee + amount per person * Number of persons ≤ available amount to spend

SKY HIGH:

50 + 5x ≤ 250

5x ≤ 250 - 50

5x ≤ 200

x ≤ 200/5

x ≤ 40

Hence,

Skyhigh = 90 friends

JUMP IT UP:

70 + 2x ≤ 250

2x ≤ 250 - 70

2x ≤ 180

x ≤ 180/2
