Nucleus is only found in developed cells (eukaryotic cells), because they have well differentiated cell organelles and are mich developed.

where as, prokaryotic cells are primitive cells that have no distinguished organelles and many organelles aren't even present. they have genetic materials spread over in cytoplasm.

Hence, we can conclude that Nucleus can only be found in eukaryotic cells.
