How splendid and colorful the fall leaves become depends on what the weather was like in the summer. When summer brings warm, sunny days and crisp cool nights, the leaves in fall are more colorful. Rain also plays a role. If it rains too much or not enough over the summer the fall leaves may not be as bright. Many people will enjoy outside to see fall's beautiful display of color. But do you know what happens next? All of those beautiful leaves fall out of the trees. And then its time to bring out the rake!

How amazing it is that from death of the trees, there is life in activity and change in the weather. While summer gives hot and colorful days, winter provides snowball fights and different holidays. Many people will enjoy the winter time and its beauty in ice. I guess it is time to bring out the big jackets and snow shovels!
