Why is blood red but veins are blue? also why is art important

Answer:

because light has to penetrate the skin to illuminate them, blue and red light being of different wavelength penetrate with different degree of success .the oxygen rich blood is then pumped out to your body through your arteries .its bright red at this point.

Answer:

Well, i think blood is red because of the blood cells in it, and the light. And our veins hold our blood of course, and our skin is lied on top of our veins so personally i think that's why. And in my opinion, art is important because it shows emotion, and can tell a story.
