Most job interviews for the majority of job positions are the same process/experience. You get the call to show up to the interview. Once you show up you sit and talk to the hiring manager. They go over your qualifications and extra skills. Then they talk a little about the job position, what the responsibilities are, hours that need to be worked, tools that will be used, etc. Once this is all out of the way they usually ask a little bit about your hobbies and everyday life to get to know you and your personality a little bit better. The interview usually ends by the hiring manager asking why they should hire you for the job and then telling you that they will call you.
