Answer: x-9y = -45

Work Shown:


y = (1)/(9)x+5\\\\9y = x+45\\\\9y-45 = x\\\\-45 = x-9y\\\\x-9y = -45\\\\

The last equation is in the form Ax+By = C where A = 1, B = -9, C = -45
