Answer: 20%
Explanation:
Minus the initial price off the the retail price to find the difference.
12,000 - 10,000 = 2,000
Take the initial price and difference and compare:
10,000 and 2,000
2,000 is 20% of 10,000 because it is 1/5 of 10,000
