You should get some sleep, I suggest that if you have an overwhelming amount of school work to do that you split it up. (If you're online). If you're attending in-person school like I am I suggest using any study hall or lunch period to get caught up and/or complete any assignments (even if it's just a few problems) so that you have little to nothing to worry about when you get home! I also suggest starting a routine, pick a bedtime that allows you to get AT LEAST eight hours of sleep, but also allows you to wake up about a half hour before school so that you can get some breakfast!
Explanation: The human body needs at least eight hours of sleep to properly function, along with a balanced diet. I feel like a hypocrite because I only get like two hours of sleep and I'm in high school but it's fine lol.
