Your signal might be worse if your battery is low, or if you're due a software update. You won't be able to get signal if your account has been suspended. The closer to a mast you are, the stronger your signal will be. Things like trees and hills will also play a part.

Answer:

It’s one of the most popular mobile networks across the UK, but it seems that O2 is having issues this morning

Step-by-step explanation:

According to Down Detector, the issues started at around 10:41 BST, and are affecting users across the UK.

Of those who reported issues, 74% said they were having problems with their mobile phone, 13% with the network, and 11% with mobile internet.

Speaking to Mirror Online, an O2 spokesperson said: "The earlier issue we experienced where some customers may have had difficulty using mobile data has now been resolved. Our technical teams are continuing to closely monitor the situation. We apologise for any inconvenience."
