The Constitutional Convention was convened to decide and plan how America would be governed. Another reason the convention was called was for the revision of the Articles of Confederation. This convention occurred between May till September, 1787 in Pennsylvania.

The Great Depression on the other hand, was an economic crunch that affected much of the world during the early 1900s as it lasted until the late 1930s.
