How can you graph Y=5/3x-9

Find 3 points
(0,-9), (3,-4), (-3,-14)
Plot these points and draw a line through them

Answer:

Put a point on the -9 along the y-axis (the straight line going up and down)

Then from that point go 3 boxes to the right and 5 boxes up (place a point there)

Repeat

3 to the right, 5 up

until you hit the end of the graph

also do this backwards

5 down, 3 to the left (point)

repeat

until you hit the end

Draw a straight line across the points connecting them

The end
