(3x - 5 ) + (-4x + 1)
= 3x - 4x -5 + 1
= -x - 4
2.
6(-2.1k - 2) + (7k + 5)
= (-12.6k - 12) + (7k + 5)
= -12.6k + 7k - 12 + 5
= -5.6k - 7
3.
(2m + 7) - (3 - 4m)
= 2m + 7 - 3 + 4m
= 6m + 4
