Hypotenuse² = Base² + Height²

→ 17² = 15² + x²

→ 289 - 225 = x²

→ 64 = x²

→ x = √64

x = 8cm

Area = 1/2 × Base × height

=> 1/2 × 15 × 8

=> 2 × 15

=> Area = 30cm²
