each ride costs $3.
6 divided by 2 is 3.
15 divided by 5 is 3.
27 divided by 9 is 3.
so, 6 rides will have to be multiplied by $3, since each ride is $3.
6 multiplied by 3 = 18
the answer is b) $18
hope this helps!!
