Explanation:

For us to have an infinite number of solutions, then, what we have on the right hand side will be exactly what we have on the left hand side

Since we have -6x + 6 on the left hand side

To have infinite number of solutions, what we have on the right hand side will be the same

Thus, we have -6x + 6 on the second side
