As we know that,

Two points slope formula,

slope=m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)

As given values

take, (X1,Y1)=(10,4)

(X2-Y2)=(1,3)

hence X1=10 , Y1= 4 , X2=1 , Y2= 3

putt the values in the above equation of slope we get ,

m=(3-4)/(1-10)

m= -1/-9

m= 1/ 9 Ans
