y = 0x - 7

I'm guessing you mean that the slope is 0??

Equation will then look like this


y = 0x + b

to get b insert the point into the equation so y will be replaced by -7 and x will be replaced by -6


- 7 = 0 *( - 6) + b


b = - 7

Therefore the equation will be


y = 0x - 7
