Given:

Consider the three points are A(-1,1), B(1,-2) and C(0,-4).

These points rotated 270 degrees by the origin.

To find:

The coordinates of points after rotation.

Solution:

If a figure rotated 270 degrees by the origin, then

(x,y)\to (y,-x)

Using this rule of transformation, we get

A(-1,1)\to A'(1,1)

B(1,-2)\to B'(-2,-1)

C(0,-4)\to C'(-4,0)

Therefore, the points after rotation are A'(1,1), B'(-2,-1) and C(-4,0).
