x pool = 10 hours Cross Multiply

3/5 * x = 10 Multiply by 5

3x = 10*5

3x = 50 Divide by 3

3x/3 = 50/3

x = 16 2/3 pools

Technically, you should round down. At the end of 10 hours there is 2/3 of a pool left over. Normally you would round up but in the real world you would still have to do 1/3 of a pool.

So the answer should be 16 pools. It doesn't look that way for just 1 mark. I'd answer 16.67 unless you know about real world rounding.
