Function is a relation that the domain doesn't have the same/repetitive value in a single set.

Some set of relations have repetitive domain

For example, {(1,1),(1,2)} This is NOT a function.

But {(1,1),(2,1)} is a function because there are no repetitive domains.

Therefore the answers are first choice, second choice and fifth choice.
