Equilateral triangle:

In an equilateral triangle, all three sides are equal, all three angles are equal, and each angle is 60°.

AC = AB

4x - 14 = 2x + 2

Add 14 to both sides

4x - 14 +14 = 2x + 2 + 14

4x = 2x + 16

Subtract '2x' from both sides,

4x - 2x = 2x - 2x + 16

2x = 16

Divide both sides by 2


\sf (2x)/(2)=(16)/(2)
