h = 5

Explanation:

2*h + 3*s =22

h + s = 9

h = 9 - s

2(9 - s) + 3s = 22

18 - 2s + 3s = 22

18 + s = 22

s = 22 - 18

s = 4

h + s = 9

h + 4 = 9

h = 9-4

h = 5
