Congruent means equal in shape and size. It does not refer to orientation or if it is turned a certain way. If you turned the green triangle on the right to where the 7cm measurement is on the bottom and the 5cm is to the left, and the 9cm to the right, the triangles would look exactly the same. As well as the angles corresponding to the sides, for example, the 85' is between the 5cm and 7 cm on both triangles, and the 60' is between the 5cm and 9cm on both as well.
