Corn.
Corn flour comes from corn. The corn kernels are stripped from the corncob.
Then the kernels are ground into flour. The corn flour can be made into cornbread and corn tortillas.

Wheat.
Wheat flour comes from wheat kernels. The kernels are ground and separated into three parts, the bran, germ and endosperm. Then those parts are combined again to made different types of flour.
You can make a very wide variety of foods with wheat flour, such as breads, cakes, muffins and cookies.
