slope = -4/5

to calculate the slope m use the gradient form

m = y2 -y1
————
x2 - x1

let (x1, y1) = (3,1) and (x2, y2) = (-2, 5)

m = 5 - 1 4
———- = ——-
-2 - 3 -5

= - 4/5
