HELP SUPER EASY 13 points

Hi how do you show work for 0.0123 times 10 (exponent 4 on top of the ten)
I heard its something like this
0.0123
0.123
01.23
012.3 (pls correct me if I am right or wrong

To do this you have to move the decimal place 4 times. Only when its 10. You move it 4 times because of the exponent.

So an easy way to think of this is 10^4 = 10000

10000 * 0.0123

123

See you moved the decimal 4 times to the right.

If it was negative you'd move the decimal left.
