I would say C. The function shown on the graph has the same rate of change but a lower starting points.

Explanation:

I said C because if you look at the slope in the equation which is 5x and look at where the line intercepts the Y axis you can see that the rise if 5 (going up) and the run (going over) is 1 and that gives you the next point. But the 5 in the equation is higher than the starting point on the Y axis so that's why I chose the one that said the lower starting point.
