sin = (opp)/(hyp)\\cos = (adj)/(hyp)\\tan = \frac {opp}{adj}

AKA SohCahToa.

To find the height, we will use sine.


sin(26^o)= (x)/(14)\\14*sin(26^o)=(x)/(14)*14\\14sin(26^o)=x\\x=6.14

To find the length we will use cosine.


cos(26^o) = (x)/(14)\\14*cos(26^o)=(x)/(14)*14\\14cos(26^o)=x\\x=12.6
