Explanation:

if the number of book is 7 the cost of book is 21 right and number of book is 8 the cost of book is 24 so difference between 7 and 8 is 1 and difference between 21 and 24 is plus 3 so by multiply the number of book 1 with 3.Thus, 1 book cost 3 dollars
