f(x)^-1=x^2-3

Explanation:

So I'm assuming you meant to include the 3 in the radical as well which would make sense given the domain restriction. To find the inverse you simply swap the x and y since the inverse function is when the domain and range are swapped.


y=-√(x+3)\\x=-√(y+3)\\-x=√(y+3)\\(-x)^2=y+3\\x^2-3=y\\f(x)^(-1)=x^2-3
