I believe it is quadrant IV
...because the x axis points are less than zero in quadrants 2 and 3. So those can be eliminated. And where y<0 means the y-values are negative so, quadrant 1 is also eliminated leaving QIV as the only one left.

(I could be missing something and this could be wrong but this makes the most sense to me. I hope it’s right)
