Describe two-
1. Citizens Rights. In a democracy every citizen has basic rights that the state can’t take away from them. These rights are internationally recognized and guaranteed. Everyone has the right to their own beliefs, freedom of speech, and have their own opinion.
2. Federalism. More and more democracies are adopting federalism. In this principle, each government function should be performed by the lowest level of government that is capable of performing that task effectively.
