Explanation:

To find the y intercept, start at the origin (0, 0) and move up until you find the point where the line crosses the y-axis. In this case, the y-intercept is (0, 4), or 4. Now, we find the slope. Start at the near bottom of the line where it crosses through a whole number. Count to the side, then up until you get to the y-intercept. Since slope is rise over run, we write it as 8/3.
