x^2 + 2x + 8x + 16 = 10x + x^2 (FOIL)

x^2 + 10x + 16 = 10x + x^2 (add like terms)

16 = 0 (10x and x^2 cancel out on both sides)

(x+8)(x+2) is NOT equal to 10x+x^2
