Short terms goals act as a milestone in your journey to reach the long term goal of your life. They help you gauge how far you have come and how long you still have to travel to reach your ultimate destination. Also, to achieve the long term goals, you need to break them down into short term goals.

Break Down the Goal Into Smaller Tasks. We use a system called Metronome Growth Syste, Monitor Daily Progress, set a reward system, plan your time ahead, anf keep a journal to keep track of your progress.

Reflection gives the brain an opportunity to pause amidst the chaos, untangle and sort through observations and experiences, consider multiple possible interpretations, and create meaning. This meaning becomes learning, which can then inform future mindsets and actions.
