y-(-8)=4(x-2)

Explanation:

This is point-slope form. Point-slope form is y-y₁=m(x-x₁), this is y minus the change in y equals slope (slope is m) times x minus the change in x. An ordered pair is (x, y). You just plug in the missing values. This will get you y-(-8)=4(x-2). I hope this helps! Also, make sure not to put the parenthesis around -8 in the actual box! They are just there to make for less confusion.
