After covering 4/5 of the journey, James found that he has traveled 48 km. How much of the journey is still left?

Explanation:

Let the total distance to be traveled = x


\sf (4)/(5) \ of \ the \ journey = 48\\\\


\sf (4)/(5)*x = 48\\\\


x = 48*(5)/(4)

= 12 * 5

x = 60 Km

Distance still to traveled = 60 - 48 = 12Km
