ANSWER ASAPP!! What does it mean if your heart rate is not within your target heart rate range when you are done exercising or participating in a physical activity?

Answer:

If it's over the range you want, you're not used to whatever exercise you're doing.

If you're not used to said activity, it can cause plenty of problems such as joint pain, and sore limbs.

It means your exerting yourself too fast, the exercise is probably normal but if you haven't exercised that much or long then it'll be harder for you. Also if you don't have cool-downs then it'll be harder on your body. It is recommended to have at least 10 min cool downs or breaks after at least 30 mins of brisk exercise otherwise you might get injured.
