I need help i think i have insomnia i want sleep but i just can't

if this is ongoing then you should ask an adult/professional but if this is a once in awhile thing youre probably just restless because of sugar/caffeine/stress

Maybe listening to some calming music or ASMR will help you sleep better. I also recommend turning down the brightness of any of your devices and using the night shift. I hope this helps! maybe drinking some water too. If none of that works I would recommend getting medication such as melatonin if you just absolutely cannot sleep :) do not be afraid to ask your parents for some. If you can't get medicine :,) just keep reaching out or researching.
