1/4ounce package active dry yeast

1 cup warm water

3 tablespoons molasses

1/3 cup powdered milk

1 egg yolk, beaten

1 egg white, beaten

3 1/2 cups bread flour, divided

6 tablespoons butter, melted and divided

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/3 cup raisins

1 large egg, beaten

1/4 cup water

i don’t think you included the questions but there is a question similar to this on here also so i’ll share what i got for that:

you need to multiply it by 2.5. you determine it by dividing 30 by 12.

1/4 x 2.5 = 5/6
you need 5/6 ounces of yeast

1/3 x 2.5 = 5/6
you need 5/6 cups of powdered milk

6 x 2.5 = 15
you need 15 tablespoons of butter

3 1/2 x 2.5 = 8.75
you need 8.75 cups of bread flour
