The probability is 0.86, option A.

How to find the probability?

Here we need to take the quotient between the number of cats that are either male or black, and the total number of cats.

There are:

3 gray males

3 black cats (one of which is also male)

So 6 in total.

And the total number of cats is 1 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 7

So the probability is:

P = 6/7 = 0.86
