I believe it's the each x-value has its own y-value

Explanation:

They all look different. The only coordinates that look similar are (5,5) and (6,5). I'm sorry if this is incorrect, I'm not too sure of it either.

it repeats 6, with a set of points you cannot repeat the x or else it will not be a function
