-2/5x+1 = 3x-2 . we have to find the value of X

1+2= 3x +2/5x

3 = 3.4x

3/3.4 = x

Now we replace the value of X, which is 0.88, in any of the equations to find the value of Y.

Y= -2/5 (0.88) +1

Y= 0. 65

If we replace X in the other equation, the result has to be the same.

Y= 3(0.88)-2

Y= 0.65

As a result X= 0.88 and Y= 0.65 so, the correct answer is (0.88, 0.65)
