First blank -1

Second blank +2

Explanation:

The x-intercepts of the graph are its zero's so if we see the graph it cuts the x-axis at 3 points -1 , +2 and +6 so the factors would be


f(x)=a(x+1)(x-2)(x-6)

The equation is always written as factors of the equation in terms of where the polynomial intersects the x-axis.
