Answer: If it is traveling at 0.15 miles per second, it's speed is 540 miles per hour.

Explanation:

Use the unit multiplier 3600sec/hrtimes 0.15 mile/sec.

.0.15 × 3600 = 540. Sec cancels so we're left with a speed in miles per hour.
