Here’s the explanation:
y=Mx +b
They gave us the slope (m) and a point.
Once you plug the point and solve you will find b.
8=-5/2(2)+b
b=8+5
b=13.
y= -5/2x+13
Graphing it will kill your time...

Graphing it out is probably the easiest way to learn
